BIDV announces the selection of asset auction organizations as follows:

I. Auction property information: - 01 Komatsu D53P-18 bulldozer, origin: Japan according to VAT invoice No. 0027315 dated April 17, 2006. - Starting price: 307,000,000 VND (in words: three hundred and seven million Vietnam dongs). - Auction property is currently being preserved at the address: Hamlet 1, Vuong Loc commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province. II. Time to receive applications: - The unit registering for the auction shall submit the dossier by one of the following methods: direct submission; submitted by email; submitted by post. - The deadline for submission: 07 days from the date BIDV publishes information on selection of asset auction organization on its website (documents submitted by post are counted according to the postmark). III. IV. Registration documents include: - Legal documents of enterprises; - Documents describing the capacity of the asset auction organization, including: + Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned; + The auction plan is feasible and effective; + Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization; + Letter of bid, other commitments of the auction organization (the offer letter is put in a sealed, sealed envelope). * Note: BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, the organization that is not notified of the results will be considered unselected and BIDV will not return the documents.
