Selection criteria Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and listed as following: - Having property auction function. - Having a minimum of 03 years operation. - Having at least 03 auctioneers. - Having at least 03 branches/representative offices. 5. Registration documents include: - Enterprise legal documents - Description of capacity and experience. - Auction letter, other commitments of the auction organization (if any). * Note: - The registration documents automatically expire in case that the auction organization is not auctioned according to law. - BIDV Bim Son Branch will issue a written notice of the result to the selected debt auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice.
