Information of debt: - Name of property: Debt of Ngoc Linh Co., Ltd.  - Address: No. 381 Giai Phong Street, Phuong Liet Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City. - Description of assets: The debt of Ngoc Linh Co., Ltd. is secured by: + Lead-zinc electrolysis plant (including all construction works, machinery and equipment) in Cho Don district, Bac Kan province with a capacity of 25,000 tons of zinc/year, 10,000 tons of lead/year, 1,200 zinc oxide powder/year , 40,000 sulfuric acid/year. + Bo Dou mining rights belong to Dong Lac commune and Nam Cuong commune.  + Land use rights and assets attached to the land with the address at 381 Giai Phong, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi. + Land use right with an area of 14,500 m2 and assets attached to the land in Lac Hong commune, Hung Yen is leased land with annual payment. + 01 Lexus brand car. 2. 4. Criteria Chosen - The selected enterprise must be on the list of public price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activies of the Ministry of Finance. - The selected price appraisal enterprise is not in the case the price appraisal is not under the provisions of the price law and it guiding documents 5. Documents required: - Enterprise legal document. - Enterprise capacity and experience profile. -Letter of quotation, other commitments of the asset price appraisal enterprise (In which the content of the letter of quotation indicates the contents such as the preliminary expected valuation value of the valuation property, the price level .... * Note: - Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law. - BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful.
